Topluluk kuralları

1. Gerçek Ol

• Profilinde kendine ait, güncel fotoğraflar kullan. Başkasının fotoğrafını, ünlü görsellerini veya yanıltıcı görüntüleri kullanmak yasaktır.
• Kimlik taklidi (başka bir kişi, marka veya kurum gibi davranmak) yasaktır.
• Sahte veya çoklu hesaplar oluşturmak yasaktır.

2. 18 Yaş Sınırı

• Spuddy yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir.
• Reşit olmayan kişilere ait içerik paylaşmak veya 18 yaşından küçük olduğu anlaşılan hesaplar derhal kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve gerektiğinde yetkili mercilere bildirilir.

3. Saygılı Ol — Taciz ve Nefrete Yer Yok

Aşağıdakiler kesinlikle yasaktır:

• Taciz, zorbalık, ısrarlı rahatsız etme, tehdit ve şantaj,
• Irk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik veya benzeri temellere dayalı nefret söylemi,
• Aşağılama, hakaret, küfür ve düşmanca davranışlar.

4. Cinsel İçerik ve Çıplaklık

• Çıplaklık, müstehcen veya pornografik içerik paylaşmak yasaktır.
• Rıza dışı görüntüler, "intikam pornosu", cinsel içerikli istenmeyen mesajlar (siber teşhir) yasaktır ve ihlal halinde hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılır.

5. Şiddet ve Zararlı Davranışlar

• Şiddet tehdidi, şiddeti öven/teşvik eden içerik yasaktır.
• Kendine zarar verme veya intiharı öven, teşvik eden içerik yasaktır. Zor durumdaki bir kişiyle karşılaşırsan onu bildirebilir ve profesyonel destek almaya teşvik edebilirsin.
• Tehlikeli kuruluşları veya yasa dışı eylemleri destekleyen içerik yasaktır.

6. Dolandırıcılık, Spam ve Ticari Kullanım

• Para isteme, dolandırıcılık, yatırım/kripto tuzakları, sahte bağlantılar kesinlikle yasaktır. Spuddy üzerinden tanıştığın hiç kimseye para göndermemen önerilir.
• İstenmeyen reklam, spam, toplu mesaj ve kullanıcıları başka platformlara yönlendirme amaçlı davranışlar yasaktır.
• Hesabını ticari amaçla (ürün/hizmet satışı, fuhuş vb.) kullanmak yasaktır.

7. Kişisel Bilgilerin Korunması

• Başkasının kişisel bilgilerini (adres, telefon, mali bilgi, özel görüntü vb.) rızası olmadan paylaşmak veya ifşa etmek yasaktır.
• Kendi hassas bilgilerini de yabancılarla paylaşmaman önerilir (bkz. Güvenlik İpuçları).

8. Yasalara Uygunluk

• Uygulamayı yürürlükteki tüm yasalara uygun kullanman gerekir.
• Yasa dışı madde, silah, kaçakçılık veya benzeri içeriklerin tanıtımı/satışı yasaktır.

Bildirim ve Yaptırım

• Her kullanıcıyı veya içeriği "Şikayet Et" ile bildirebilirsin; istediğin kişiyi "Engelle" ile engelleyebilirsin.
• Bildirimler gizlidir; şikayet ettiğin kişi bunu görmez.
• Bildirilen içerik ve kullanıcılar incelenir; ihlal tespitinde içerik kaldırılır, hesap uyarılır, askıya alınır veya kalıcı olarak kapatılır. İnceleme en geç 24 saat içinde yapılır.
• Yasa dışı içerik, gerektiğinde yetkili mercilere bildirilir.

1. Be Real

• Use your own, current photos on your profile. Using someone else's photos, images of celebrities, or misleading images is prohibited.
• Impersonation (pretending to be another person, brand, or organization) is prohibited.
• Creating fake or multiple accounts is prohibited.

2. 18+ Age Limit

• Spuddy is only for persons aged 18 and over.
• Sharing content involving minors, or accounts found to belong to persons under 18, will result in the account being permanently closed immediately and, where necessary, reported to the competent authorities.

3. Be Respectful — No Room for Harassment and Hate

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, persistent unwanted contact, threats, and blackmail,
• Hate speech based on race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar grounds,
• Demeaning behavior, insults, profanity, and hostile conduct.

4. Sexual Content and Nudity

• Sharing nudity, obscene, or pornographic content is prohibited.
• Non-consensual images, "revenge porn", and unsolicited sexually explicit messages (cyberflashing) are prohibited, and in the event of a violation the account will be permanently closed.

5. Violence and Harmful Behavior

• Threats of violence and content that glorifies/incites violence are prohibited.
• Content that glorifies or encourages self-harm or suicide is prohibited. If you encounter someone in distress, you can report them and encourage them to seek professional support.
• Content supporting dangerous organizations or illegal activities is prohibited.

6. Fraud, Spam, and Commercial Use

• Requesting money, fraud, investment/crypto scams, and fake links are strictly prohibited. It is recommended that you never send money to anyone you meet through Spuddy.
• Unsolicited advertising, spam, bulk messaging, and behavior aimed at directing users to other platforms are prohibited.
• Using your account for commercial purposes (selling products/services, prostitution, etc.) is prohibited.

7. Protection of Personal Information

• Sharing or disclosing another person's personal information (address, phone number, financial information, private images, etc.) without their consent is prohibited.
• It is also recommended that you do not share your own sensitive information with strangers (see the Safety Tips).

8. Compliance with the Law

• You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Promoting/selling illegal substances, weapons, smuggling, or similar content is prohibited.

Reporting and Enforcement

• You can report any user or content using "Report"; you can block anyone you wish using "Block".
• Reports are confidential; the person you report will not see it.
• Reported content and users are reviewed; if a violation is found, the content is removed and the account is warned, suspended, or permanently closed. Review takes place within 24 hours at the latest.
• Illegal content is reported to the competent authorities where necessary.
